Margaret has practiced law since 1978 and specializes in accidents, family and matrimonial law. She is a seasoned litigator, having successfully handled high conflict custody cases, large asset divorce and complicated guardianships. Margaret tried and won two landmark cases in federal court involving employment discrimination against members of the armed forces. She also handles non-litigation matters including prenuptial agreements, uncontested divorces and wills and trusts.
Margaret serves on the guardianship committee of the Supreme Court, New York county and served on the Drugs and the Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the city of New York.
Margaret graduated of Barnard College (with honors) and George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the New York State and Federal Courts.
She is also fluent in French.
