Howard has more than 20 years of experience and is an expert in his field of criminal law. His aggressive, zealous representation of his clients, coupled with his dedicated, ceaseless work ethic have led to countless clients receiving successful outcomes; many times, in these instances, the government has either reduced the charges or dismissed the case entirely. He has handled numerous Civil Cases where insurance companies have settled on a fair and equitable basis.
Howard also practices Appellate Advocacy in both the State and Federal Courts, and for several years was appointed by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals as a member of a panel of attorneys who were assigned appeals by the Circuit Court. Currently, he is an active member of a panel of attorneys who are assigned criminal appeals by the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, First Department.
