Ms. Jin’s press release

Ms. Jin, who is over 60 years old, came to the United States alone from Wenzhou of China in 1992. During the last decades, she hired several attorneys to help her to apply for the legal status but they all failed, which made her case be more complicated.

In 2006, Ms. Jin sought Attorney Yerman for help through the news in the newspaper. She experienced three times of Reopen her case, three times of BIA Appeals, and two times of Federal Appeals; on November 7, 2018, Ms. Jin’s case finally was approved by the judge in the court.
